Steps To Inner Healing Through Christ Jesus

  1. Identify

Identify the trauma and pain point in your life through the help of the Holy Spirit

2. Classify

Ask Holy Spirit to put the subject into a category to make it easier for your mind to process. Follow through as he guides you into the next steps.

3. Seek

Seek Jesus and ask what your next steps are in your healing process. These next steps are dependent on the specific details at hand.

4. Schedule

By step three Holy Spirit may tell you to stop your session for the day. If this is the case ask him to guide you in setting a date and time to speak again.

5. Discuss

Discuss the details of what needs to be healed. Be open and honest. Cry, weep, and worship. Allow Jesus to love on you and strengthen you during this time. Let your guard down and speak to Him.

6. Accept

Accept the truth that God gives you until no other deception is left. God’s truth can sometimes be challenging to hear, understand, or wrap your head around, but this is the time to ask all the questions you need in order to fully accept His truth.

7. Let go

Take a deep breath and breathe in the spirit of God. Allow the Holy Spirit permission to help you let go of the trauma so that you can move forward into your promise. Trauma bonds must be cast out.

8. Agree

Come into agreement with God’s perfect will for your life. Seek His word and allow him to speak over you. As you agree with God’s word and not the trauma that plagued you, the enemy will be unsettled and uprooted in your life.

9. Bind

Bind the enemy. For he knows that his time is now up. Have no fear in this step and step out in faith. Partner with Holy Spirit as he guides you in binding all demonic spirits identified as well as any others he may guide you to uprooting.

10. Cast Out

Cast out the devil by the blood of the Lord Jesus. He must be completely and permanently eradicated in Jesus Name. There is no torment, shame, or condemnation - celebrate your freedom! If you need assistance through deliverance find a trusted deliverance minister. This ministry offers virtual and in-person deliverance.

11. Soak

Soak in the Lord’s presence and worship Him until you feel the release from God.

12. Abide

Choose to maintain your deliverance and inner healing through committing your life to Christ and abiding in Him daily. Abiding means to stay close and endure. If you stay humble, grateful, and obedient to the word God gave you, you will see continued success. Resist the devil and he will flee from you, abide in Jesus and he will abide in you.

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
— James 4:7

Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.
— John 15:4
